- Medical Coverage: Aspiration Software provides full medical coverage for employees and their families. 90% of the premiums for the employee are paid for by Aspiration Software.
- Dental & Vision Coverage: Aspiration Software provides full dental and vision coverage for employees and their families. 90% of the premiums for the employee are paid for by Aspiration Software.
- Short-Term Disability Insurance: STD insurance provides employees with 60% of their salary up to a weekly benefit of $2,308 for up to 6 months of coverage.
- Long-Term Disability Insurance: LTD insurance provides employees with 60% of their salary up to a monthly benefit of $10,000.
- Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance: Aspiration Software provides life insurance at one times the employee’s annual base pay up to $50,000.
All premiums are paid for by Aspiration Software.
- T. Rowe Price 401(k) Plan: The Aspiration Software LLC 401(k) Plan allows employees to make pre-tax contributions up to $16,500 (plus an additional $5,500 for those age 50 and above) in 2010. Additionally, Aspiration Software will contribute a percentage of each employee’s salary to their account. Employees are immediately 100% vested in their own contributions.
- Paid Time Off: Employees receive from 20 to 25 paid days off annually based on experience and years of service. These days may be used for vacation, personal time, sick leave as well as any of the 5 floating holidays.
- Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year.
- Health Club Reimbursement: Aspiration Software will reimburse up to $500 per annum for approved health club fees.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Aspiration Software will reimburse 100% of the tuition for approved, job-related classes. Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per annum for a degree program in which the employee attains a C or better grade.
- Matching Gifts: Aspiration Software will match an employee’s charitable gift up to $500 per annum for qualifying charities.
- Referral Bonus: Employees are paid a $4,000 referral bonus for the successful placement of a referred candidate with an active security clearance.
